George Harry Simmonds (her son in law) was the informant on her death certificate. She died of "? disease of the heart 2 years".

Caroline married John Frost, son of George Frost and Ann Woolley. (John Frost was born in 1849 in Tittensor, Staffs ¹⁴⁴.)
